Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping Information:

We Ship from 2 locations in the USA to ensure our costumers recive the fastest shipping possible. Our Shipping locations are located in California and Maryland. Cutoff for same day shipping is usually 2:00pm local warehouse time, however, we will do our best to ship same day. All merchandise is shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS, unless otherwise specified. We will always default to the lowest cost shipping option for all of our costumers depending on shipping location, inventory availability and shipment size as we are equipt to handel any size order placed by costumer. Returns Policy

Quality Ink & Toner requires a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for any return for any reason. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at the senders own cost. The Return Authorization number must be marked clearly on the outer carton(s) of any returned merchandise. To request an RMA Customers must contact our Customer Service Department. Provide them with your invoice number, invoice date, product part numbers(s) and product quantity as well as the reason for the return. A copy of the original invoice should be included in the return shipment. Product returned for any reason, other than a defect in material and workmanship, will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. This includes cartridges ordered incorrectly, unused, unopened cartridges. All returns will be inspected and the results of the inspection may be made available to you. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to assure the returned merchandise is in its original packaging and in its original condition. Damaged Boxes may incur additional chargers.

 If the product was not packaged properly or if the product was damaged during transit, we may not issue a credit. In any case, all discrepancies will be markerd and the customer will be notifed.
